Same day shipping on most orders!!

HOW TO ORDER:

E-Mail Orders: Fill out the form below and click on "Submit". Your order will be processed in a few hours! Shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipment method you select. 

Paypal Orders: E-mail your list of items to scott@evdeals.com  Be sure to include your shipping address! I will have a Paypal Invoice sent to you..

Phone Orders: Your order can be completed on the phone by calling 508-695-3717. Orders are accepted between 10AM and 8PM (East coast time) 7 days a week.

Fax Orders: Simply fill out and print this form, then Fax to 508-643-0233. Fax orders will be handled in the same way as e-mail orders. (see above)

***This form cannot be used for Paypal orders!

***EVdeals Policy
      No COD orders over $50. Custom work $39/hr.
      50% deposit for all custom labor and parts. No
      returns on assembled e-bikes. No returns on
      custom or modified scooters or bikes. 10% re-
      stocking fee for all other returns. (customer is
      responsible for return shipping and insurance)       
      Call for a return authorization number before
      returning any product for a refund. No returns
      after 5 days from receipt of goods. If your item(s)
      is returned, credit will be issued for the product(s)
      only, not the original shipping charges!

***3.75% handling fee on "special shipping" orders

*** International Orders 
      International orders must be made by one
      of the following payment methods:
     1) Certified Bank Check drawn on a US bank 
     2) International Money Order. 
     3) International Pay-Pal ( verified addresses)          
     4) Western Union Money Transfer

***Orders shipped outside the US are subject to a
      $5.00 paperwork processing fee in addition to
      the actual shipping charges.
