                           Flyer SE with Range Extender Pack

The following data was obtained using a Flyer SE equipped with an
external 24V x 18A/hr battery pack. This pack was connected in parallel
with the standard internal 24V x 10A/hr system. In this design, both
batteries packs are charged and discharged as a unit. As predicted,
the total performance of the packs, when operating in this configuration,
is better than that of the packs used one at a time and added together.
