Zappy M-1 Test Report (24V Mod)

The following results were obtained using a stock Zappy with the following changes: 

1) Re-wound and vented Zappy motor.
2) Modified Zappy circuit board (retains kick-off and low battery features)
3) Replace 20A/Hr battery with 2-10A/Hr batteries. (no battery box modification)

This scooter modification allows for continuous operation without any sign of motor 
overheating. (actually tops out at 125 deg F) The hill climbing is also greatly improved.
